Welcome to 3D Portrait Me! We are dedicated to providing high-quality custom 3D-printed figurines made from your photos. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our procedures for handling cancellations, returns, and refunds for our personalized products. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Returns and Cancellations

1.1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

To cancel an order:

Please note: After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or modified.

1.2. Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our 3D-printed figurines, we do not accept returns unless there is a confirmed defect or shipping error. Each figurine is custom-made and cannot be resold or reused.

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products

If your figurine arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect (e.g. broken parts, misaligned printing, major color error), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To report a defect:

  • Email us at support@3dportraitme.com
  • Include your order number
  • Attach clear photos of the figurine and packaging
  • Describe the issue in detail

We will assess your case and may offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the issue

Incorrect Products

If you receive the wrong item (e.g. someone else's figurine or not based on your submitted photo), please contact us immediately.

We will offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to return the incorrect product and receive the correct one

2. Refunds

2.1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged during shipping
  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong product

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after production has started
  • You are dissatisfied due to subjective reasons (e.g. it "looks different than expected")
  • You provided a low-quality or unclear photo
  • You provided incorrect information in your order

2.2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

We will respond within 3 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear in your account.

3. Exchanges

Due to the custom-made nature of our figurines, we do not offer product exchanges. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, you may request a replacement or refund as outlined above.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Order Cancellations: No shipping charges apply if canceled within 24 hours.
  • Returns: If the return is due to an incorrect or defective product, we will cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: For incorrect or defective products, return shipping is included in the refund if applicable.
